Dianne Hively

Dianne wants to support you in living your best and purposeful life by maximizing your wealth and resources. She is a business owner, executive, and advisor with over 29 years of financial services and senior management experience. Dianne is the CEO and created Hivest Financial in 2009 to connect her love of finance with her personal mission of supporting individuals, families, and businesses.

Dianne began her career in public accounting, specializing in the financial services industry, and has subsequently served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Chief Operating Officer for a broker-dealer clearing firm and an investment management firm. Throughout her career, she has completed several private equity transactions, an ESOP implementation, as well as the sale of two firms to publicly traded companies. In addition, Dianne led her family-owned business and ultimately completed the sale of the business during that time.

Dianne has a M.S. in Financial Markets from the Stuart Graduate School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She served as Board Director for the Wintrust Northbrook Bank, her family business, and currently sits on the Board of a client’s business.

Dianne has a diverse set of qualifications; she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), FINRA Series 65 licensed, property/casualty/life insurance licensed, ex-FINRA Series 3, 7, and 24, ex-licensed real estate agent, certified yoga instructor, and dance-fitness instructor. After 35 years full-time in Chicago, IL, Dianne and her family made Tampa, Florida their primary residence in 2021.
